I ordered a custom embossing stamp for a bookworm friend, with a detailed design including her pets. I sent my design idea, the confirmation process was very transparent and easy. The timelines given regarding delivery were spot on. Then end product however was beyond what I could have hoped for, Such a beautifully crafted, unique gift. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone wanting a personalised embossing item, customer service was great. When the package came it was beautifully packaged and the press itself is easy to use and despite a very detailed design, it is magnificent. This is the best personalised gift you could give to a book-crazy friend or a great addition to personalise cards/wedding invites and menus/any paper item you want to personalise. 10/10 would recommend.

I designed an embossing stamp for my sister for her birthday . It arrived in a beautifully packaged box with her name on it and she is completely enchanted by the press machine as well as now being able to emboss all her favourite books with her very own "ex libris" style stamp. This little burner does exactly what it needs to do, and the black and wood design just looks right. I had one small issue with mine and that was that the two wooden tabs were bent downward ever so slightly, likely during shipping, which caused the spoon to not sit properly. All I had to do was bend them back upwards a tiny bit and then everything worked fine.

Wow, it looks so professional and is easy to use.
