1. Design: Please attach a high resolution, black on white/clear jpg/vector image, with the design you want to engrave, just as you want it to appear on the paper. (Parts in artwork in black will be what is. enraved, thus raised in the paper
2. Format: AI/EPS file formats are preferable. If using text in artwork, please outline all text first. You can also send: SVG or Editable PDF file formats as long as the full artwork is vectorised.
3. Strokes need to have a minimum thickness of 0.5mm. We recommend using bolder lines for better outcome and visibility.
4. Letters need to have a minimum thickness of 1 mm. We recommend using bolder fonts for better outcome and visibility.

• Multiple design splitting in an order: Splitting the quantity into multiple designs (e.g., 2 designs of 250 units each in a pack of 500 units ) is not possible in such small quantities as metal plates are engraved per design.

1. Printing Colour Disclaimer: The printing colour of physical products may change from what you see on digital monitors due to the wide range of screen and browser variances. Furthermore, due to variations in printing limitations on a sustainable material, colours may appear somewhat different.
2. Printing Alignment Disclaimer: Minor design placement and alignment variation (up to 5mm) is expected in a small-batch production (as per industry standard) and does not indicate a damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued.

Brass printing plates are 3D rendered and CNC engraved in our workshop, production does take time.

• You will receive a design proof within 1–3 business days.
• After you approve your design and layout, the artwork is finalised and added to our production schedule.
• Kindly note that if your uploaded design does not meet our artwork guideline criteria, we will get in touch via email to assist in finalising it, which may extend the production timeline.
• Designs not approved after 2 days will still be sent off for production
• Please allow 3–6 weeks for us to carefully craft your custom stickers.

Custom pieces take time to craft, so we courier with overnight delivery to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Main city areas in South Africa usually receive delivery the next day.
