Add depth and detail to your personalised designs like never before with a deeply double layer engraved, wax seal stamp.
Customise your stamp from two signature styles:
- Double depth: For a striking focal point.
- Layered engraving: For an elegant textured effect.
Comes with a premium wood handle. Made and designed with love in South Africa.
Ideal for creating professional logo wax seals for packaging, wedding invitations and branded stationery.
Specific Artwork required:
- Please attach a high resolution, black on white/clear jpg/vector image, one for each seperate layer of the designs you want to engrave, just as you want it to appear (Parts in black will be engraved.)
- Indicate which of the two designs will be a deeper engrave, and which will be a shallower engrave.

Production Time
Production Time
As custom brass stamp designs are 3D rendered and CNC engraved in our workshop, production does take time.
- You will receive a design proof within 1–3 business days, and we gladly offer free revisions to ensure your artwork is perfect.
- After you approve your design and layout, the artwork is finalised and added to our production schedule.
- Kindly note that if your uploaded design does not meet our artwork guideline criteria, we will get in touch via email to assist in finalising it, which may extend the production timeline.
- Designs not approved after 2 days will still be sent off for production
- Please allow 2–4 weeks for us to carefully craft your custom stamp.

Artwork Guidelines
Upload your own design or brief in your requirements for a custom design.
- Design: Please attach a high resolution, black on white/clear jpg/vector image, with the design you want to engrave, just as you want it to appear on the seal. (Parts in black will be engraved.)
- Format: AI/EPS file formats are preferable. If using text in artwork, please outline all text first. You can also send: SVG or Editable PDF file formats as long as the full artwork is vectorised.
- Include a red dieline matching the chosen stamp shape (the dieline will not be engraved)
- Strokes need to have a minimum width of 0.5pt
- Letters need to have a minimum height of 7pt

Custom pieces take time to craft, so we courier with overnight delivery to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Main city areas in South Africa usually receive delivery the next day.
Outlaying areas may take 1 to 5 days depending on 'The Courier Guy' schedules to your area. T&Cs apply.

I love my embossing tool, however, I will suggest going for the new rectangle shape launched - which would make for easier alignment - it's a bit tricky getting this one aligned. I'll figure it out though. But it embosses beautifully.
